All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Processing time may vary during sales, promotions, or high-demand seasons.

2. Shipping Locations

Omniisia ships to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including:

  • Punjab

  • Sindh

  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

  • Balochistan

  • Azad Kashmir

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines depend on courier availability, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen delays that are beyond Omniisia’s control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner rates

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most cities across Pakistan.
Customers must provide a valid mobile number and accurate address to ensure smooth delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status through the courier’s tracking system.

7. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery two times.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the parcel may be returned to Omniisia.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or tampered with:

  • Contact Omniisia immediately

  • Provide your order number and photos/videos as proof

We will review the issue and provide a solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
