At Omniisia, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy outlines how you can request a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• The return request is made within the specified return period stated on the product page.

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing accessories/packaging are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or product nature. These may include:

• Personal care items

• Intimate wear

• Health and wellness products

• Products marked as “Non-Returnable”

3. Return Process

To request a return, contact Omniisia customer support with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
All returned items will be inspected before approval.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Once approved:

• Refunds may be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit (based on customer preference and payment method).

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Omniisia’s error.

If your return is rejected due to improper condition, the item will be sent back to you.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange one based on product availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the cancellation will be treated as a return request.
